Mandara Music Publications presents traditional Gyil music transcribed and arranged for the marimba. The pieces in this series are graded in reference to one another. Two-hand independence in this style presents challenges that are different than those in other styles of literature.

The levels are as follows:

Level 1: easier – good first pieces in this style,
Level 2: intermediate,
Level 3: challenging and in some cases lengthy.
