“TIERRA PURA” is a classical musical presentation of Northern Ghanaian Xylophone Music. The National Symphony Orchestra collaborates with Valerie Naranjo from the United States of America for the second edition of “Tierra Pura”. The musical concerts form part of the 60th Anniversary of the National Symphony Orchestra. Our Lead artist Valerie Naranjo was mentored in Ghana for 17 years by the late Kakraba Lobi, a master of West African Xylophone called the Gyil.


Valerie and the National Symphony Orchestra perform at the National Theater from June 29 through June 30 at 1900 hours each night.
